Returns & Warranty
Clear guidance for returns, core deposits and warranty support. If something is not right with your order, contact us first and we will help you take the correct next step.
Need to return an injector?
If you need to return an item, contact Diesel Injector Pro before posting it back. Include your order number, injector part number and the reason for the return. We can then confirm the correct return route and any information that should accompany the unit.
Ordered the wrong injector?
Injector fitment can vary by engine code, production date and calibration. If you are unsure whether a unit is correct, contact us before installation. The injector part number on the original unit is normally the best reference.
Use our Part Number Lookup or send us the number together with your vehicle details and we can help check compatibility.
£30 refundable core deposit
Reconditioned injector orders may include a refundable core deposit for each applicable injector. The deposit is returned after the old injector has been received and checked in accordance with the core-return conditions for the order.
Where possible, keep the replacement packaging so the old injector can be protected during return. If you ordered several injectors, the core deposit may apply per unit.
If you believe an injector is faulty
Contact us before removing, replacing or returning the injector. Please provide the order number, injector part number, vehicle details and a description of the symptoms. Diagnostic information or test results may also be helpful.
Warranty enquiries may require inspection or testing of the returned unit before a resolution can be confirmed. This helps distinguish an injector fault from fuel-system, coding, contamination or installation issues.
What happens after we receive a return?
Once the return is identified and received, it can be checked against the order and the reason for return. Depending on the circumstances, the next step may involve inspection, testing, replacement, exchange or refund.
We will contact you if additional information is required before the return can be completed.
Protect the injector in transit
Diesel injectors are precision components. Drain any loose fuel where appropriate, protect openings from dirt, wrap the unit securely and use strong outer packaging. Do not allow the injector to move freely inside the parcel.
Contact us before returning your injector.
We will help you identify the correct return, core or warranty process.
