At DieselInjectorPro, we want you to order with confidence. Please read the following Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before purchasing, as diesel fuel injectors are precision-engineered and electrically coded components.

1. Your Right to Return (Consumer Rights)

In line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the conditions below are met.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

  • The injector must not have been fitted, programmed, coded, or used

  • The item must be returned with all original packaging and labels

  • The correct part number must have been ordered

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of diesel fuel injection components, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Injectors that have been installed, programmed, coded, or used

  • Electrical parts that show signs of fitting or fuel contamination

  • Injectors damaged due to incorrect installation or diagnostics

  • Items returned incomplete or not in original condition

  • Special-order or custom-supplied items

These exclusions do not affect your statutory rights for faulty goods.

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A faulty injector, or

  • An incorrect item supplied by us

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request:

  • Clear photos or videos

  • Part number confirmation

  • Diagnostic information (where applicable)

If the fault is confirmed:

  • A replacement or refund will be offered

  • Return shipping costs will be covered by us

4. Return Process

All returns must be authorised before sending.

How to request a return:

  1. Contact us via our Contact page

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return

  3. Wait for return approval and instructions

  4. Send the item back securely packaged

Returns sent without prior authorisation may be refused.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of mind / incorrect order: customer is responsible for return shipping

  • Faulty or incorrect item: we cover return shipping

We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

6. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after inspection

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty

7. Refurbished / Reconditioned Injectors

Refurbished injectors are:

  • Professionally tested

  • Calibrated to manufacturer specifications

The same return conditions apply:

  • No returns once installed or coded

  • Faults must be reported promptly
