When will my order be sent?

We aim to dispatch available injectors as quickly as possible. Dispatch timing can depend on stock status, the time the order is placed and any compatibility checks required before the injector is released.

If your order is urgent, contact us before ordering and quote the injector part number so we can confirm the best available option.

Following your delivery

Where tracking is available for your shipment, use the carrier information supplied with the order to follow its progress. Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after dispatch.

Injectors are packed for protection

Diesel injectors are precision fuel-system components, so secure packaging matters. Keep the packaging after delivery where practical, particularly if your order includes an exchange injector and you will be returning an old core unit.

Delayed, damaged or incorrect parcel?

If a parcel appears delayed, arrives damaged, or the contents do not match your order, contact us as soon as possible. Have your order number and injector part number ready and, for visible transit damage, keep the packaging and take clear photographs.
